Increased output by servo-adjustable spinner
Increased operating convenience due to motor-driven adjustment of straightening dies during production. Minimum downtimes when inserting wire. Therefore, higher output by shorter tooling times.
iQm-straight In-process straightness measurement of straightened rods
iQm-straight enables the in-process measurement of straightened rods to assess the straightening quality. A camera measures, by means of backlighting, the straightness of rods after they have been cut off.
iQstraightcontrol enables the in-process control of the straightened rods' straightness
The straightness of each rod is optimized during the production of rods, based on the measuring results provided by iQm-straight by means of the automatically adjustable rotor.
Discharge unit for short-length rods for a defined and parallel discharge of short-length rods in according containers
