Highly flexible machine concept covers a very large range of parts
The successful combination of proven and innovative design ensure an extremely stable and reliable overall system. The concept of rotating the wire instead of the bending head is continuously applied to all WAFIOS machines, thus also to these machines. The bending head is mounted in a fixed position, bringing a whole host of well-known benefits when it comes to performance, process reliability, quality, and service life.
High operating convenience and reduced tooling times due to ergonomic machine design and WAFIOS Programming System WPS 3 with iQ functions for an enhanced efficiency through intelligent process control.
Now even more flexible thanks to more extensive configuration options
The BM 60 is the first machine of the BM series that functions according to the expanded modular principle and combines the well-known options and functions of the B and BMU series. This is a freely configurable customer machine that has 6 CNC axes in the basic configuration and can be expanded to up to 18 CNC axes according to the customer's individual wishes and requirements.
