Visit the Innovation Days 2025!
Latest innovations, an exciting exchange with experts and a broad supporting program:
In 2025, the WAFIOS Innovation Days at the Reutlingen headquarters take place for the fourth time.
Starting date is May 7, 2025.
About 24 machines from the entire range of WAFIOS machinery will be exhibited live to present new developments and best practices for the wire and tube processing industry. There will also be numerous co-exhibitors presenting their solutions for the industry. Visitors will be able to experience latest innovations live on site and start a lively exchange with experts. A supporting program with lectures on innovations and technology top off the WAFIOS Innovation Days.
Highlights of the Innovation Days
BTF 90 - New, groundbreaking machinery concept for long, three-dimensionally bent busbars with asymmetrical geometries.
MULTI-FMU 32 - A modular machine for the production of extension springs with extended loops. The MULTI-FMU 32 is based on the modular system of the wire bending machine BQ 10.
The WAFIOS Assistant guides the operator through the setup process of new parts and helps inexperienced users with hints, pictures and videos. This facilitates the setup process considerably.
Flexible tool concept for the production of loops on two machine sizes: the FMU 20+ and the FMU 50+.
